Summary
The University Recruitment Leader manages and develops relationships with career centers and students at key schools to support COMPANY's University programs in the United States. Partners with the University Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Specialist in managing the university recruiting processes for undergraduate and graduate level programs, from identifying the sourcing strategy to the on-boarding process for the successful candidate. ( $90,000 / Florham Park, NJ )
Responsibilities:
Work with our internal business partners (both domestic and global) and partners at our key schools to develop and assess our key school goals/objectives annually
Manage professional development program (rotational developmental program) participants while they are on assignments at field locations throughout the US and abroad.
Manage the internship programs at field locations throughout the US and abroad.
Manage global initiatives related to University recruiting
Develop and implement Employer Branding strategies related to university recruiting
Source quality college candidates through a broad range of cost effective techniques on and off campus
Benchmark campus recruiting and entry level programs with other companies
Conduct screening and selection interviews for college recruiting
Identify diversity recruiting sourcing channels
Create and manage appropriate scholarship programs
Partner with the HR team to leverage diversity recruiting strategies with other company-wide diversity activities
Analyze hiring statistics
Desired Experience
Qualifications:
BS degree required. COMPANY recognizes Institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
5+ years Human resources experience with at least 2 years university recruiting exp.
High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Taleo
Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to think logically and work independently
Flexibility to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Must have previous experience partnering with key universities to develop and assess goals/objectives each year
Must have previous experience managing recent college graduates
Must have experience managing university recruiting for full time and internship programs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies related to university recruiting
Demonstrated ability to Identify and implement diversity recruiting strategies
Demonstrated ability to create and track metrics
