Practice has extensive experience helping multinational organizations manage the process of deploying an international workforce from start to finish, including complex tax, planning, administrative and strategic aspects. The premier global workforce management consulting group.
The practice was developed to assist multinational corporations with managing the complex financial, tax and human resources issues associated with global personnel deployment and is now regarded as the leader in this area. One of the key elements of the practice is Global Mobility Consulting, including program strategy; policy design and development; determination of service delivery model and organizational structure; M&A integration; new location planning for international assignees; review and design of the various processes in place to support the global mobility program; Communication tools and Training programs for internal teams, including HR, Payroll as well as Finance and Accounting.
As a Director in this area, you will have the opportunity to network extensively with existing and prospective clients, to assume a high degree of responsibility and exposure within the firm and to build your mobility consulting skills in an international venue.
As an Global Mobility Manager/Director, you will be responsible for managing mobility consulting projects for our clients. You will be responsible for the :
- Technical content of consulting projects
- Management of associate and senior associate personnel
- Project management of consulting work for your clients
- Coordination with worldwide IAS network in serving your clients
- Managing the financial aspects of your engagements (budgeting, billing, collecting)
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 7 plus years of expatriate compensation, program management and consulting experience. The candidate should have or be in the process of attaining their GPHR certification. Additionally, the candidate should possess:
- Well developed organizational/project management skills
- Broad-based expatriate compensation, expatriate tax, accounting, and financial skills
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Education Requirements:
BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business. GPHR preferred.
