Summary
Human Resources Director - salary to $130,000 + bonus – Riverside, CA
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists supporting multiple locations within the Market Unit
- Partner with the Market Unit VPGM on the HR Strategy for the region in an effort to increase Volume, Revenue and Customer Service
- Provide high-level employee relations support to leadership team
- Develop regional succession plan for key talent
- Prepare and lead the labor relations strategy for the region
- Lead execution of the Campus Recruiting Program
- Complete Affirmative Action Planning and Outreach
- Lead the salaried talent acquisition strategy for the Market Unit
- Lead hourly staffing process to identify new/improved sourcing strategies, create sourcing pools and improve overall time to fill
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Display strong analytical, organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail required
- Demonstrate ability to influence and impact others
Desired Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources, Generalist experience
