Summary
Human Resource Manager, Cherry Hill, NJ -

Responsibilities
The candidate will report on a daily basis directly to the Managing Director and will be part of the local executive management team, and professionally to the Director of Global HR. This is a hands-on role in which the candidate will have responsibility for developing and implementing human resource programs that are aligned to and support the delivery of the business strategy in the USA and that is also consistent with the strategic objectives and core values.
This implies in particular:
• Recruiting - Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants; Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business;
• Salary and Benefits - advising on remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits, undertaking annual salary reviews; negotiating with staff on issues relating to pay and conditions; maintaining records relating to staff and interpreting and advising on employment legislation; advising, implementation and tracking of all employee benefits, including health, life and 401k.
• Training - analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers, planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff;
• Team Building and implementation of Company's core values;
• Performance Management – lead annual assessment process;
• Policy Recommendation - working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

Desired Experience
Requirements:
• 5-7 years experience as an HR generalist
• 2+ years working in a business unit with 50-100 employees.
• Bachelors degree.
• Position based in Cherry Hill, NJ. No relocation.
