Summary
As the Director of Compensation & Benefits for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), you will ensure the consistent application of Company’s pay philosophy and drive our pay for performance culture. The position will focus on the development, implementation, and administration of all compensation, benefit, and reward programs for ISC to ensure market and cost competitiveness, internal equity and consistency, and differentiation.
Responsibilities:
• Build credible partnerships with executive, line management, and HR community.
• Develop a balance between Corporate/Division initiatives and ISC specific business objectives.
• Compensation and Rewards Management. Promote and implement the company’s pay philosophy and strategy across the ISC function. Ensure clarity and understanding of pay strategies for leaders, managers, and employees.
• Facilitate the on-going globalization efforts of ISC.
• Develop expertise in our labor negotiation process and provide information and advice on specific union contracts.
• Manage the annual compensation cycle.
• Project-manage the roll out of new corporate-sponsored and Division-specific programs including the alignment of pay strategies.
• Conduct periodic audits to review and confirm consistency of band placements, job families and job titles to ensure equity, and facilitate talent movement across the organization.
Desired Experience
Required Skills
• Bachelors Degree in a related discipline such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources
• Minimum of eight years broad compensation and benefits experience or a combination directly related Compensation, human resources and finance experience
• At least 2 years of people management and project management experience
Additional Qualifications
• Postgraduate education in HR or MBA preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of leading edge compensation policies and an understanding of which initiatives add competitive advantage.
