Summary
Our client is a Fortune listed Consumer Products/Pharmaceutical Corporation. This position will report to the Corporate Head of Global Compensation. Will advise management at all levels as to Sales Incentive Plan Philosophy. Selected candidate will also have dealings with 90 countries on all Sales Incentive programs. Compensation will be adjusted to meet candidates qualification.
